The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) World’s Heavyweight Championship will be on the line in Thornbury Leisure Centre on February 17th as current Champion Nick Aldis defends against Big Grizzly for the Bristol based Wrestling promotion ‘Pro Wrestling Chaos’.

The NWA World’s Heavyweight Championship has a lineage that goes back to 1905 and has been held by some of the very best Professional Wrestlers in the world, including Ric Flair, Sting & Current WWE World Champion AJ Styles. This will be the first time the Championship has been defended in Bristol and may never happen again, so it’s truly a unique experience for Wrestling fans in the South West.

Pro Wrestling Chaos promote Wrestling events solely in the Bristol area and are entering their 5th year of operation in 2018. ‘We’re extremely happy to bring the NWA World’s Heavyweight Champion to Bristol this month and proud that we could have the Championship on the line. The title has only been defended in the UK a handful of times since the early 1900’s. We’re hoping for another great show!’ said Rob Clark, Pro Wrestling Chaos Promoter.
